Need help with connecting your Zoom Phone account or using the SMS features? We're here to help.
Make sure you have a Zoom Phone subscription with SMS capabilities. Regular Zoom accounts without Phone don't support SMS features.
Check that your Zoom Phone number has SMS enabled. Some business phone numbers may not support SMS by default.
If your connection shows as expired, click "Reconnect" on the Zoom Phone settings page to refresh your authorization.

To disconnect your Zoom Phone integration, go to Settings → Zoom Phone and click "Disconnect".
